☕ GRAVITY-FED DISPENSING
Pez-style mechanism — pull a pod from the bottom slot, the stack drops, next pod is ready. No springs, no motors, pure gravity.
🔗 MODULAR SNAP-TOGETHER
Dovetail connectors between modules. Build 12, 24, 36, or 48 capacity. Expand anytime by printing another module.
📐 PRECISION-FIT CHANNELS
75mm square bores engineered to standard Keurig K-Cup spec (74mm flange) with 0.5mm clearance per side. Smooth, jam-free stacking.
🔧 PARAMETRIC OPENSCAD
Fully parametric design — adjust pod count, column count, clearances, and wall thickness. Tweak one variable, the entire model updates.
>> ENGINEER'S LOG
Designed for the Creality K2 Combo CFS with automatic filament switching. The body structure prints in Matte Red PLA+ with White accents on the front face plate and dispensing slot trim — color-swapped at layer boundaries via CFS for clean transitions.
The dispensing mechanism uses cantilever flex tabs (1.5mm PLA+, 15mm length) that catch the K-Cup flange. Pulling the bottom pod forward deflects the tabs ~2mm outward, releasing the pod and allowing gravity to drop the next one into position. Designed for >5,000 cycles before fatigue.
Each module fits within a 159mm × 81mm × 314mm envelope — well inside the K2's 350³mm build volume. The 81mm depth means this dispenser sits flatter against a backsplash than a coffee mug.
